You are right! I am a Capcana Green Village Owner and I just walked around the Green Village and I was shocked and devastated by what I saw. The entire Green Village is overgrown with vegetation and the interiors of the partially completed villas have been allowed to rot. According to the Capcana Management I met with, they have no money to complete the project. They offered to swap my uncompleted villa with a lot on the uncompleted other Jack Nicholas Golf Course. They say that is the best they can do
Was just at Punta Cana on a Golf vacation and stopped by Capcanas sales office to check out real estate. To my surprise, the sales office was closed. Sounds like I dodged a bullet based on the disaster that has been described.
