I am told that the owners and the Founders remain very, very, very rich, and the owners received financing from the bond holders.
You would think in a country rich in tradition with great pride and honor among its citizenry, the government would be investigating and prosecuting any misdealings of the Capcana Green Village Project and its owners. These misdealings place a dark cloud on not only Capcana as a whole, but also on future international investments in the Dominican Republic.
